upgrades of relational and time series databases are complete. Metrics ingestion has resumed and charts should be refilling with metrics.

We will be upgrading both our time series and relational databases. Charts and the UI will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes during this time. Ingestion/collection of agent metrics will continue during the upgrades. After the upgrades are complete, metric ingestion will resume with some lag and charts will eventually backfill.
